Slalom, a leading human and technology consulting firm, seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements in Columbus, OH. You will partner with HR leaders to design future-state operating models, optimize payroll/time-related workflows where applicable, and guide the HR function strategy across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in HR consulting or advisory with strong HR operating model/design background.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements from strategy to process mapping.
• Experience advising on HR service delivery models, org structures, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements from discovery to future-state design and delivery.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, service delivery model design, and business case development.
• Design and optimize core HR processes (hire-to-retire, performance, learning) for efficiency and scalability.
• Advise on HRIS vendor selection and implementation readiness; act as business voice, not configurator.
• Contribute to analytics and workforce planning engagements with insights and scenario planning.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
