Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in HR Transformation within the People & Behavior discipline. You will design and implement visionary HR strategies, transform HR operations, and oversee engagements, budget, and performance goals to drive business outcomes.

You will lead managers across activities, build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure risk management and compliance while traveling as needed in a hybrid role with three days per week on client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and guiding teams to success.
• Recent client-facing consulting experience.
• Proficiency in process optimization and automation.
• Expertise in digital strategy development.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and HR regulations.
• Understanding of the HR technology landscape.
• Experience driving HR strategy and operating model design.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work.
