You will lead managers, analyze functions, drive thought leadership, identify sales opportunities, and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting for engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading and guiding teams to success.
• Recent client-facing experience in a consulting firm.
• Proficiency in process optimization and automation.
• Expertise in digital strategy development.
• Design HR performance metrics and measure impact.
• Understanding of the HR technology landscape.
• Experience driving HR Strategy and Operating Model design.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and regulation awareness.
• Ability to analyze organization and workforce dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model (3 days/wk at client site or EY office).
