United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager IT Solutions - HR Technology to lead the HCM transformation and modernize HR platforms and associate experiences.

You'll partner with HR leadership and IT to define a multi-year roadmap, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that improve associate experience and operational efficiency across the enterprise. This role requires strong strategic planning, governance, and program leadership to ensure value realization and

Qualifications

10+ years in HR technology, HRIS, or HCM systems.
5+ years in people leadership and matrixed environments.
Experience leading enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Define HCM transformation vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Partner with HR and leaders to improve associate experience and efficiency.
Translate priorities into actionable technology initiatives and investment plans.
Establish governance for prioritizing and managing HCM initiatives.
Lead enterprise programs from strategy to deployment and adoption.
Oversee roadmaps, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Provide executive reports on progress, risks, and value realization.
Drive best practices for architecture, data integrity, security and compliance.
