Job summary

CVS Health seeks an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR tech experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep HR tech expertise with experience in digital transformation, AI-enabled self-service, and vendor evaluation to create seamless experiences across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile platforms,

Qualifications

5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, or HR transformation.
4+ years gathering requirements in Agile environments and delivering tech solutions.
3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.
2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and solution validation.

Responsibilities

Define and drive HR technology experience strategy across multiple HR journeys.
Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and solution design for HR initiatives.
Identify gaps and recommend tech solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
Design integrated solutions using Workday, Workbrain, ServiceNow HRSD, and AI.
Develop operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
Lead vendor assessments and technology selection efforts.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
Develop business cases, executive briefs, and investment proposals.
