Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR technology, HRIS, or related roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements in Agile environments.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management.
• Experience with HR platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR Technology experience strategy.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Identify gaps and recommend tech solutions to improve adoption.
• Design integrated solutions across HR systems (Workday, HRSD, mobile).
• Develop operating models, roadmaps, and ROI cases.
• Partner with product, engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
• Lead vendor assessments and proof-of-concepts.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Support change management and training efforts.
• Lead UAT and coordinate acceptance testing.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
