Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernize digital experiences spanning Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile platforms, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, or transformation roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements and delivering technology solutions in Agile settings.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and design for HR Tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points to improve self-service adoption.
• Design integrated solutions using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile, and AI capabilities.
• Develop roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide build-versus-buy guidance.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks to show outcomes.
