CVS Health is seeking a strategic and technically minded HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, HR operations, digital product management, business analysis, or HR transformation.
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors.
• 3+ years of experience creating functional requirements, process maps, business cases, testing strategies, and documentation.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and solution validation activities.
• 2+ years strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities.
• Identify experience gaps and recommend tech solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, Workbrain ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, AI, and automation.
• Develop future-state operating models, process flows, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide build vs. buy recommendations.
• Participate in vendor assessments, PoCs, and technology selections.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Assess opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve colleague experiences and reduce support demand.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes and satisfaction.
• Support change management, training, and adoption activities for major HR technology implementations.
• Lead documentation and user guides to support system adoption.
• Lead testing activities and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
• Deliver findings to senior management to drive organizational alignment.
