Upcoresolutions is seeking a Senior Human Resources Transformation consultant to lead AI-enabled HR transformation engagements. You will develop client relationships, shape HR strategy, operating models, and digital employee experiences to accelerate value and modernize HR functions.

The role requires deep HR domain expertise, 8+ years of external consulting and 10+ years of program management, with hands-on experience in Workday, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• External consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects for mid-to-large organizations.
• Hands-on with AI-enabled HR transformation, analytics, and vendor assessment.
• Deep HR domain expertise across lifecycle, operating models, and digital experiences.
• Experience leading multi-stream programs and mentoring junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and generate revenue with AI-driven HR solutions.
• Lead HR transformation engagements end‑to‑end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to go‑to‑market collateral.
• Collaborate across firm capabilities to promote integrated AI-HR offerings.
