Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in Agile environments.
• 4+ years supporting and configuring HR Technology platforms including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Case Management.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR Technology initiatives.
• Identify experience gaps and friction points to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, automation, and AI.
• Develop roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
