Job summary

ISO New England seeks a seasoned Manager, HR Tech, Ops & Analytics to lead HR technology strategy and the implementation of the HCM platform. You will partner across Finance, IT and Legal to govern data, streamline operations, and improve the employee experience through automation and modern workflows.

You will drive a multi-year HR technology roadmap, oversee data governance, and advance analytics capabilities to provide actionable workforce insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the HR technology portfolio with governance and delivery accountability.
• Lead selection, implementation, deployment, and optimization of the HCM platform.
• Establish governance, integrations, security, and data standards with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee HCM, data requests, analytics, and employee-facing platforms to improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and partners.
