CVS Health is seeking a strategic and technically minded HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. This role drives strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
4+ years gathering business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
4+ years supporting and configuring HR Technology platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Case Management).
3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across multiple personas and HR service journeys.
Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities for strategic HR Technology initiatives.
Identify experience gaps and recommend technology solutions that improve adoption and self-service.
Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile capabilities.
Develop roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans for HR technology initiatives.
Participate in vendor assessments and technology selection efforts.
