Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Manager, IT Data Products to lead the data platforms and products team, align initiatives with enterprise strategy, and partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

You will shape architecture, oversee delivery across ERP, analytics, and reporting integrations, manage a distributed team, and drive modernization across wholesale/retail data flows in a remote, US-wide setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of information technology experience.
• 6+ years in data solutions or custom software implementations.
• 3+ years of management experience leading distributed teams (including offshore).
• 3+ years of product development and delivery experience.
• Proven ability to align roadmaps with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, planning, and delivery of data products and solutions with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Oversee requirements, data discovery, UX activities, and translation to technical deliverables.
• Provide solution architecture direction, including API and event strategies.
• Ensure data products integrate with ERP, WMS, TMS, merchandising, and finance systems.
• Translate operational processes into scalable data capabilities for modernization.
• Manage multiple initiatives with planning, budgeting, and vendor engagement.
• Mentor and develop a team of product managers and business analysts.
