Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Sr. Manager IT Solutions - HR Technology to lead the HCM transformation and modernize HR platforms and associate experiences.

This strategic technology role partners with HR leadership, COEs, and vendors to drive a multi-year roadmap and prioritize investments. You will lead enterprise programs from strategy through deployment, govern portfolios and budgets, and provide executive reporting on progress and value realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/HR or related field.
10+ years in HR technology or HCM systems.
5+ years in people leadership.
Experience leading large-scale HCM transformation programs.
Experience managing vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the HCM transformation vision, strategy, and multi-year tech roadmap.
Partner with HR leaders to identify opportunities to improve associate experience and efficiency.
Translate business priorities into actionable tech initiatives and investment plans.
Establish governance for prioritizing and managing transformation initiatives across HCM.
Lead enterprise programs from strategy through deployment and adoption.
Oversee portfolios, roadmaps, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Provide executive reporting on progress, milestones, risks, and value realization.
Drive best practices for architecture, data integrity, security, and compliance.
