Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager to set the multi‑year direction for People Systems and Workforce Insights, shaping the technology ecosystem, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will influence enterprise data, AI, security, and governance, advising senior leaders on investments and responsible use of automation within People systems.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on HRIS platform expertise with Workday (configuration, security, testing, support).
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into usable insights for leadership.
• Proven cross‑functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, audit support, and policy requirements in HR systems.
• Experience leading enterprise programs, budgets, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi‑year division technology strategy, roadmaps, and investments.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners for enterprise investments.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology and AI strategy forums.
• Lead the HR systems and analytics team and develop talent and equitable access to development.
• Own the technology intake and prioritization aligning value, risk, and standards.
• Serve as process owner for internal controls and audits; protect employee data.
