Qualifications

• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to co-create and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning, talent forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide coaching to managers and leaders using data and AI insights.
• Lead adoption of HR products and digital solutions across the organization.
• Champion DEI, manage complex employee relations, and ensure alignment with legal considerations.
