Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Advisor leader to build and guide a global team of data analysts and storytellers. You will partner with HR executives and functional leaders to transform talent and workforce decision making through data-driven narratives.

You will embed analytics into decision-making, drive predictive capabilities, and work with cross-functional partners to expand self-service analytics while improving governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, data, and strategy experience in a large global org.
• Proven ability to build and scale advisory teams with strong internal demand.
• Exceptional executive presence and storytelling to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of HR Analytics Advisors embedded with lines of business.
• Establish function as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns and opportunities with actions.
• Provide insights to address ad-hoc questions and strategic workforce inquiries.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that articulate complex insights clearly.
• Collaborate with BI and AI teams to automate recurring reporting and self-service.
