Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, Human Resources Business Advisor (HRBA) for Asset and Wealth Management. You will shape the people agenda, partner with senior leaders, and deliver innovative HR solutions to support business objectives, with a focus on analytics, inclusion, and growth.

You will anticipate workforce needs, champion change, and implement HR products and technologies that enhance employee experience and drive performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a large-scale organization.
• Experience advising senior leadership on strategic people topics.
• Experience partnering with and influencing leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to co-create and execute a people strategy aligned to goals.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Drive performance and talent management including succession planning and leadership development.
• Coach managers and leaders using data and AI insights to design development journeys.
• Lead adoption of HR products and technologies across the unit.
• Champion integration of AI and automation to HR service delivery.
• Interpret workforce metrics and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Present data stories to influence business decisions.
