JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director, Human Resources Business Advisor (HRBA) to lead the people agenda and deliver data-driven, future-ready HR solutions.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities, enhance employee experiences, and foster an inclusive, growth-oriented culture. You will anticipate workforce needs, champion change, and oversee HR products and technologies that support current and future business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience in a large-scale organization.
• Experience advising senior leaders on strategic people topics.
• Strong business acumen and change-management capabilities.
• Ability to partner with leaders at all levels and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to co-create and execute people strategy aligned to goals.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Drive performance and talent management, including succession planning.
• Provide coaching to managers using data and AI insights for development journeys.
• Lead adoption of HR products and digital solutions across the unit.
• Champion emerging technologies to optimize HR service delivery.
• Interpret workforce metrics and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• Present data stories to influence business decisions and embed insights.
• Coordinate holistic employee experience initiatives and monitor sentiment.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders as trusted advisor.
