Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a VP, HR Business Advisor within Technology and Data & Analytics to partner with senior leaders, shaping workforce strategy, performance, succession and organizational effectiveness. You will diagnose issues and lead talent initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.

In this role you will use data and business acumen to drive recommendations, coach leaders on people matters, and ensure delivery of coordinated HR actions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with direct advisory work to senior leaders.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in a global matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent actions to business outcomes.
• Executive presence with confident, constructive communication.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving and recommendations.
• Judgment and risk-awareness in complex employee/manager situations.
• Proven program/project leadership delivering end-to-end results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the people agenda for the aligned business area, translating priorities into talent outcomes.
• Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change planning with stakeholder accountability.
• Lead end-to-end compensation and performance cycles with data integrity and risk controls.
• Shape talent and succession planning, mobilizing actions with COEs.
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with sound judgment and risk awareness.
• Use MIS, analytics and trends to produce fact-based narratives and recommendations.
