JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced HR Business Advisor for Global Investment Banking in New York. You will shape the people agenda, partner with leaders, and drive talent, performance, compensation, and engagement using data and AI-enabled solutions to enable growth.

You will lead talent strategies, support senior leaders, and advance digital HR capabilities while maintaining high-touch advisory support where it matters most.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR advisory experience in a large, fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior executives (MD-level) to deliver talent outcomes.
• Expertise in workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change execution.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven storytelling and AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent judgment and stakeholder management with discretion and integrity.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day talent priorities, including strategic hiring plans and succession.
• Lead performance management, with a focus on differentiation and retention.
• Champion inclusive, high-performance culture and embed firm values.
• Define and execute talent/headcount strategy with senior GIB leaders.
• Advise on organizational design and change management to grow talent.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders and use data/AI insights.
• Synthesize workforce analytics into executive narratives and actions.
• Partner with HR COEs and Learn to advance digital, AI-enabled HR products.
