Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a large-scale organization.

• Experience in project management, process improvement, and change implementation across multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and technical skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment and across all levels.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to co-create and execute a people strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning, talent forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Drive performance and talent management, including succession planning.
• Coach managers and leaders using data and AI to design development journeys.
• Adopt HR products and digital solutions across the unit.
• Champion integration of AI and automation to HR delivery.
• Interpret workforce metrics and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
• Present data stories to influence decisions.
• Lead employee experience initiatives blending digital and physical elements.
• Advance diversity and inclusion with leaders.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders as trusted advisor.
