You will lead data-driven workforce planning, talent development, and the rollout of HR products, leveraging analytics to guide decisions and drive performance across a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience in a large-scale organization.
• Experience advising senior leadership on strategic people topics.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and MS Office skills.
