Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics, data, and business strategy experience in a large global organization.
• Strong track record of engaging and influencing senior executives through analytics, insights, and storytelling.
• Bridge between business strategy, data science, reporting, and analytic insights.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication with the ability to synthesize and present insights to senior leaders.
• Strategic thinker who connects data to commercial and workforce outcomes.
• Collaborates across matrixed teams and leads through influence in high-visibility environments.
• Passion for talent, workforce strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience defining mission, operating models, and success metrics for advisory functions with impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives including HR business heads and strategy leads.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities and develop action plans.
• Provide responsive, data-driven insights to address ad-hoc questions and strategic workforce inquiries.
• Deliver deep insights aligned to HR processes such as performance reviews and succession planning.
• Partner with HR business executives to contextualize data and insights within business strategies.
• Develop executive-ready presentations that articulate complex insights clearly and persuasively.
• Deliver high-quality analysis and storytelling that drives action.
• Partner with BI to automate recurring reporting and enhance self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI & Data Science to shape derivative features and predictive models.
• Work with the Chief Data Office to ensure high-quality source data and governance.
• Track, measure, and communicate the business impact of analytics advisory work.
