Job summary

Paychex is expanding its HR Solutions Sales team in Florida, focusing on growing existing client relationships and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.

You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and align Paychex offerings, partnering cross-functionally to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions and upsell within an established portfolio. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred; 3 years B2B sales experience.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, IT, Professional Services.
• Ability to lead consultative, value-driven conversations with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships and expand adoption of HR, payroll, benefits and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
