Paychex seeks a seasoned HR Solutions Sales professional to expand existing client relationships and upsell integrated HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive a consultative sales cycle focused on value and growth across an established client base.

• 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience across Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Information Technology, Professional Services.
• Accountability, Adaptability, Closing (Sales), Goal-Oriented, Relationship Building, Sales, Sales Presentations, Sales Prospecting, Self-Discipline, Self-Motivation - Required.

Responsabilidades

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
