Burger & Brown Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, recruit, onboard new associates, and administer benefits and compensation.

The role supports performance management, employee relations, and policy development to ensure regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals, manage payroll backup duties, and drive continuous improvement in HR

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in supervisor/manager or leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management and employee relations.
• Assist managers with job descriptions, onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs; support payroll backup tasks.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations and update policies as needed.
• Develop HR metrics, reports and participate in policy development.
