Job summary

BGCLK is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to assist recruiting, payroll, onboarding, and core HR functions. This role requires confidentiality and sound judgment while supporting hiring, interviewing, pay administration, HR records, and HR policies in a busy environment.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this full-time position emphasizes data integrity, HRIS management, reporting, and compliance with federal/state/local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources.
• Experience with HRIS systems; UKG preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing employee data in the HRIS system.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Provides reporting as needed for HR and other departments.
• Updates HRIS system modules as needed.
• Tracks employee learning for compliance.
• Administers bi-weekly payroll through the HRIS, as needed.
• Payroll reporting.
• Finance and Grant reporting, as needed.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes across the organization.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring materials.
