Job summary

Broussard Brothers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the enterprise HR Operations function and manage a team of HR Business Partners across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will bring strong employee relations and compliance experience, balance day-to-day HR operations with continuous improvement, and partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and leadership to improve HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience including HR Operations, employee relations, and compliance.
• Previous people-management experience required.
• Federal contractor HR compliance experience, including AAP/OFCCP requirements, required.
• Experience leading HR audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Strong HRIS experience; Paylocity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
• Oversee day-to-day HR Operations and ensure consistent HR practices across business units.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Lead HR compliance activities, internal and external audits, and corrective-action initiatives.
• Coordinate federal contractor HR compliance projects, including Affluent Action Programs (AAP) and OFCCP-related requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and maximize Paylocity/HRIS functionality.
• Support policy administration, HR reporting, data integrity, and operational improvements.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and business leadership to improve HR service delivery.
• Lead and support special projects and enterprise HR initiatives.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our enterprise HR Operations function and manage our team of HR Business Partners across multiple business units.

• Experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, government contracting, or multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
