Facilities Maintenance Management is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations, ensure payroll accuracy, engage employees, and maintain compliance with laws and company policies. The role supervises a two-person HR team and partners with department leaders to support growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or similar field.
• Minimum professional certification level of SHRM-CP or PHR required.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of two HR team members.
• Process and oversee multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, records, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Benefits administration for all company-provided employee benefits.
• Provide timely support to employees, vendors, and associates.
• Partner with management on employee relations and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support recruiting and talent acquisition for field and office roles.
• Maintain HRIS and employee data integrity.
• Oversee employee training, development, and succession planning.
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture across the organization.
