Locally Grown Restaurants is seeking an HR Manager to oversee human resources for multiple restaurants and the administrative company. The role includes planning and evaluating employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance across all locations.

The position leads a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator and an Administrative Assistant while managing budgets, vendor contracts, and HR programs to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in restaurants.
• Experience administering payroll, benefits, and 401k plans.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state HR regulations and reporting.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and investigative skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee HR functions across multiple restaurants and a corporate admin unit.
• Manage Payroll & Benefits Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.
• Maintain HR budgets and vendor contracts; ensure billing accuracy.
• Administer FMLA, leave programs, and year-end tax reconciliations.
• Lead onboarding, benefits administration, and staff training on HR policies.
• Ensure EEO, OSHA, 1095s, and reporting compliance.
