Job summary

Belmont Point Management LLC is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and benefits administration. The role reports to the Head of HR and collaborates with hiring managers and HR staff to maintain accurate employee records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience, with travel up to 10% to support multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manages recruiting activities from requisitions to candidate disposition.
• Coordinates onboarding with HR team and new hire support.
• Maintains ATS, records, recruiting metrics, and compliance.
• Reviews applications and evaluates candidate qualifications and compensation needs.
• Manages benefits enrollment, life events, and payroll inquiries.
• Performs offboarding support and HR project participation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
