Responsibilities

• Leads talent acquisition and onboarding activities for exempt, non-exempt, intern and temporary positions.
• Administers HR policies and procedures; maintains employee handbook and HR manuals.
• Manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and liaison with benefits providers.
• Oversees performance management and employee relations programs; assists with conflict resolution.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and employment laws and maintains HR records.
