Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our Mesa, AZ site. You will oversee safety, general affairs, team relations and core HR activities, aligning site practices with corporate direction and driving employee engagement.

The role requires strong leadership, policy compliance and budget stewardship, with hands-on responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate employment, compensation, benefits, Team Relations and policy adherence.
• Manage HR department budget and site KPI objectives.
• Advise site leadership on organizational policy and equal employment opportunity matters.
• Recruit, interview and select applicants; lead onboarding and training activities.
• Administer compensation, benefits, performance management and safety programs.
