Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function at our Mesa, AZ site. This role oversees Safety, General Affairs, Team Relations and general HR operations, ensuring alignment with corporate direction and site goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of manufacturing HR experience, 5+ years of management experience, and deep knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems like ADP and SAP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Manufacturing HR experience required
• 5+ years of management experience required
• Experience with health, safety and environmental policies preferred
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience with HR systems (ADP/SAP) and data reporting

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate employment, compensation, benefits and Team Relations activities
• Manage HR department budget and site KPI objectives
• Advise site leadership on organizational policy matters
• Recruit, interview and select applicants; manage onboarding
• Prepare and maintain personnel records and reports; ensure compliance
• Oversee safety and HR-related programs and investigations
