Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System, LLC in Savannah, GA, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations across Employee Relations, Recruitment, IT, General Affairs, and EHS. This role oversees manpower administration and supports the HTSS Administration staff.

You will develop and implement HR/EHS strategies, manage budgets, salary programs, policies, and ensure legal compliance. Strong leadership, HRIS experience, and knowledge of labor law are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, public administration, sciences, or related field.
• Five years’ experience in technical operations management and/or an equivalent of training and experience.
• SHRM (Preferred)
• Knowledge of automotive industry / automotive manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily HR operations including Employee/Team Relations, Employment & Recruitment, IT, General Affairs, and EHS.
• Oversee manpower administration for HTSS Savannah.
• Develop and implement HR and EHS strategies aligned with business goals.
• Bridge management and employee relations and address concerns.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for high-quality hires.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee staff development and training programs.
• Maintain pay plans, benefits, and annual wage/salary administration.
• Ensure legal compliance across HR and EHS functions.
