Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Assist and respond to employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
• Serve as advocate and trusted advisor for Team Members in conflict resolutions.
• Conduct timely investigations including interviews, documentation, and fact-finding.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and standards; provide leadership with objective recommendations.
• Prepare investigative summaries and corrective action documentation for HR leadership.
• Coach leaders on progressive discipline, attendance, performance management, and professional conduct.
