Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs across the United States. The role focuses on implementing compliant policies, training across all levels, and integrating EHS into business processes within HTGSS operations.

The position requires strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements, experience in automotive settings, and ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing program budgets and audits.

Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience in Human Resources field.
• 5+ years in EHS leadership/management role.
• Experience at an Automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier is helpful.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, EPA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all EHS requirements as an example for others to follow.
• Create a culture of awareness, acceptance & adherence to EHS requirements.
• Inspect the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risk.
• Develop, coordinate, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, Industrial and Process Safety Programs.
• Perform facility audits, surveys, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
