Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead the HR department, overseeing Safety, General Affairs, Team Relations, and core HR activities on site. Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of Manufacturing HR experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Multicultural experience preferred.
• Experience with Health, Safety and Environmental policies preferred.
• Overtime may be required.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HR systems (ADP) and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate HR activities across Safety, GA, TR and core HR.
• Manage staff and HR department budget for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead site HR KPI objectives and reporting.
• Advise site leadership on organizational policy matters (EEO, anti-harassment).
• Prepare and manage budgets and personnel reports.
• Recruit, interview and select applicants; coordinate onboarding.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Maintain records and compile personnel-related data.
