Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department, including EHS&S, GA, and TR. You will implement corporate direction, manage budgets, and drive people programs for a safe, compliant, and high-performing site.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing HR with at least 5 years in management, strong policy, safety, and labor law expertise, and excellent communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Manufacturing HR experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience with health, safety and environmental policies.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/plant floor environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and labor law adherence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate HR activities for employment, compensation, and benefits.
• Advise site leadership on organizational policy matters and equal opportunity.
• Manage HR budget and site KPI objectives.
• Recruit, interview and select applicants; administer programs and performance systems.
• Maintain records and produce HR statistics; ensure regulatory compliance.
