Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System seeks a Team Relations Specialist to manage hourly employee relations lifecycle and support HR leadership. You will investigate concerns, guide leaders on discipline, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining confidentiality on a busy production floor.

Reporting to HR and collaborating with EHS, you will strengthen engagement, participate in onboarding, and help sustain a safe, fair workplace across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years’ experience in Human Resources
• Experience within an automotive production or manufacturing facility preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws, and current HR practices and procedures
• Strong analytical/Problem solving abilities
• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Responsabilités

• Assist and respond to employee concerns, complaints, and workplace conflicts
• Advise and support Team Members in conflict resolutions and communications
• Conduct timely investigations with interviews, documentation, and fact-finding
• Ensure consistent application of company guidebook, rules, and standards
• Provide objective recommendations to leadership based on findings
• Coach leaders on discipline, documentation, attendance, and performance management
