Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage employee relations, compensation oversight, benefits administration, and HRIS reporting at our Florence, KY campus. The role includes recruiting, policy implementation, data reporting, and project collaboration with department managers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and at least 5 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, wage and salary administration, benefits, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee relations and coach managers on HR issues.
• Monitor salary increases and ensure guideline compliance.
• Educate employees on benefits and coordinate open enrollment.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data for departments.
• Lead HR projects and support recruitment efforts.
• Source candidates and conduct interviews, offers, and onboarding.
