Job summary

Jabil, headquartered in the United States, is seeking an HR professional to manage employment interviews, wage and salary administration, and personnel programs at our Florence, KY facility. The role covers compensation, benefits, recruitment, and regulatory compliance in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

You will drive employee relations, payroll approvals, and HR reporting while coordinating ongoing HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Compensation: Monitor salary increases and conduct job evaluations for non-benchmark positions.
• Benefits: Explain changes and manage open enrollment; resolve benefit questions.
• HRIS Reporting: Compile statistical HR reports for departments.
• Project Management: Participate in strategic HR initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
• Recruitment: Recruit, screen, and interview internal and external applicants; extend offers.
