Job summary

Jabil is seeking an on-site HR Generalist at our Florence, KY facility to support multiple HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/related field and 0–2+ years of manufacturing HR experience. You will coach managers, administer HR programs, and help ensure legal compliance with state and federal laws while supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0-2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with data and statistical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers and employees on policy interpretations, and provide guidance on issues such as performance, terminations, harassment, and discrimination.
• Coordinate employee activities and programs, including open enrollment and benefits administration.
• Monitor and approve salary increases within guidelines and conduct job analyses/write job descriptions for non-benchmark roles.
• Recruit, screen, and interview applicants; coordinate transfers and extensions; provide job offers and notifications.
• Prepare HR reports and support strategic HR projects as directed by the HR Manager.
