Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5-8+ years of experience, and strong coaching, analytics, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or hourly workforce.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Experience supporting compliance programs, leave administration, accommodations, and performance management.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders to influence workforce decisions and drive results.
• Experience using HRIS and workforce reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance and attendance management.
• Conduct complex employee relations investigations and advise on corrective actions.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness and workforce development.
• Communicate and administer HR policies in line with laws and company guidelines.
• Support compensation activities and internal equity reviews as needed.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Analyze workforce trends and prepare reports to improve outcomes.
• Support organizational change and HR process improvements.
