Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience handling routine employee relations with guidance on complex matters.
• Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on policies and employment practices.
• Manage routine employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Support attendance and performance management and development activities.
• Assist talent acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance training.
