Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the HR department and HR Managers/Generalists.
• Interpret HR policies and advise managers on performance, terminations, harassment, discrimination, etc.
• Coordinate calendars, onboarding activities, safety shoe days, and events.
• Order supplies and manage department documentation and reports.
• Assist with department documentation, filing, and attendance records.
• Maintain flow charts and attendance records for the site.
