Job summary

Jabil in Monument, CO is seeking an experienced HR professional to independently provide support across employee relations, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, benefits, and policy interpretation. You will partner with production leaders to improve the employee experience, mitigate risk, and ensure lawful, fair employment practices at a complex manufacturing site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Experience supporting a manufacturing, production, distribution, or similarly complex operational environment.

Responsibilities

Provide HR support across employee relations, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, benefits, policy interpretation, investigations, analytics, and workforce initiatives.
Conduct workplace investigations and maintain documentation per policy and legal requirements.
Coach managers on employee relations, attendance management, performance concerns, and policy interpretation.
Interpret and apply employment laws and company policies.
