Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive employee relations experience, preferably in manufacturing or tech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and misconduct.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate mediations and conflict resolution processes.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and labor laws.
• Develop and deliver training on communication, conflict resolution, and anti-harassment.
• Maintain confidential case records and documentation.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and legal counsel on complex issues.
• Stay updated on employment laws and advise policy updates.
• Contribute to employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
• Prepare reports analyzing ER trends and improvement opportunities.
