Job summary

Jabil is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as a key resource for employees and leaders, handling policies, investigations, and employee relations in a manufacturing setting. The role supports attendance, performance, onboarding, and development activities to ensure a positive employee experience.

This on-site position is based at the brand-new Byhalia, MS facility, with multiple shifts and a focus on compliance and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field is required; degree in manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2–5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably supporting hourly workforce in a manufacturing/operations setting.
• Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key HR resource for employees and leaders on policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Manage routine employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution with HR leadership.
• Partner with leaders on attendance, performance management, and development activities.
